Default eu or usa dealer for a custom martin

hello
i live in europe
i'm wondering if it's better placing an order from a usa dealer or europe dealer for a custom martin. usa dealer has better prices before, but i add taxes after. europe dealer no taxes but crazy prices (including taxes before).
i''m not sure but i notice usa many usa dealers seem to support more during the process.

As I understand it, US dealers are barred from shipping to Europe.
