Default Favorite Beatles Album, And Why?

Just wondering... What's your favorite Beatles album and why? Mine would be Sgt. Pepper's. Every time I listen to it, I feel like I'm listening to it for the first time.

Hard to pick just one as I LOVE everything they did.....from the first to the last. Probably a toss up between Sgt. Peppers and Abbey Road. I learned so many songs off Abbey Road and still enjoy hearing the wonderful songs.

That's between "Revolver" and "Rubber Soul" for me. I usually go back and forth. Great music.

A Hard Day’s Night, hands down. (Not the awful US version I grew up with, but the original British release.)

Even though Paul McCartney is my favorite Beatle, A Hard Day’s Night is dominated by John Lennon. I love it simply because it is has more great songs than any other. I grouped Beatles songs into categories years ago, and there are about 30 songs in my pantheon. AHDN includes these from the pantheon:

A Hard Day’s Night
Can’t Buy Me Love
If I Fell
Tell Me Why
And I Love Her
You Can’t Do That
I Should Have Known Better

Rubber Soul then Abbey Road then Revolver then Hard Days Night.

Feel free to flame me, but I like Magical Mystery Tour better than Sgt. Peppers.

Abbey Road, then the White Album (minus Rev No. 9).

Sgt Peppers, Abbey Road and then all the rest.
Why?
Because they're magic.

Love 'em all, but The White Album is the one I favor the most even as much as I dislike Revolution No. 9.

I'll cheat and say their Greatest Hits Album. Because I think their early singles were the best things they did. I do not like Sgt Peppers, because I find it artsy, pretentious and just not rock and roll. I understand that it helped initiate the "themed album" concept, but I'd rather hear a good single.

Abbey Road is the one I identify with the most, because I was old enough by then to appreciate more sophisticated songs, and it still rocks.

Ditto this! (Although all their other albums are close behind.)

A great set of high end headphones and Revolver will truly demonstrate the complex interaction they had with the recording process, as if it was the "6th Beatle".

Abbey Road, not only were all the songs great, but I LOVED the sound of it. I think it was their best engineered record.

I love them all almost equally but if I could only have one, it would be "Help"

Been a fan as long as I can remember, but my favourite still remains 'Revolver', no doubt as it was the first I bought with my eleven year old birthday money.
