Aquacoat makes a clear filler. Don't get the white unless you want to add dye to it.

Clear aquacoat dries transparent but a light coloured wood may darken slightly similar to what it might look like if bare wood got wet.

They are just saying if you are applying a stain or seal coat, do that first.

Ahh it seems i'm not a very thorough reader. Well the aqua coat arrives friday. I'm finishing the sanding today and tomorrow to probably 220. I noticed they have some top coat products. Not that i plan on using them, has anyone ever tried these out?
