Re: Looking for guitar for a friend !
Hey everyone,
I am looking for a full size classical with a 44-45 nut, a friend of mine's little girl is looking for a new classical and she has very small hands. She currently has trad. style classical with a 50 nut and it is just big for her hands. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks a lot !!! |

I love my Alhambra P10, it's a parlor size. I have very small hands (about one joint smaller than the average adult) and it fits me very well and has good sound. It is also not terribly expensive (always a plus!)

Take a look at the Córdoba C9 and C10 crossover models. They are full sized with 1.875 inch nut width. Córdoba also offers these models in a parlor guitar which is just slightly smaller than a regular classical body. It also has a 630mm scale length and a 1.96 nut width. The shorter scale might be even more helpful than the narrowed nut width on a classical guitar.

Yamaha NTX700 or 1200 might perfect for her.
