2018 Charis SJ Euro Spruce/EIR AS NEW - SOLD - SOLD
I just "cracked" and bought back my Charis Mahogany dread from Mark, so having three of Bill's guitars here is just a little out of my realm of reality. If you are a Rosewood fan, you won't do much better at any price.
This is a perfect/mint 2018 Charis SJ in East Indian Rosewood and European Spruce. This was Bill Wise' personal guitar, just purchased from him a short time ago. This instrument has very little play time on it. This SJ has all the bells and whistles - sound port, arm bevel, trussed bracing, florentine cutaway, Gotoh 510 21:1 tuners. Dove inlays on fingerboard. 1 13/16 nut width, 2 5/16 saddle spacing, 24.9 short scale. Ebony fingerboard, bridge and headstock overlay. Five piece laminated neck. Tzalam body binding and bevel. There is a clear pick guard installed. The guitar itself is AS NEW. The case was a shop case that Bill had and it is a Cedar Creek that fits perfectly and is structurally sound (minus having one broken latch) but has some minor cosmetic marks that I would take down to a 7.5/10 conservatively. Guitar will ship polished up, fingerboard and bridge cleaned and conditioned, and a fresh set of D'addario light gauge 80/20's installed. 3695 plus actual shipping on my Fedex account to the CONUS only - add 70 for Paypal if you want to go that route and I'll cover the rest. First let me say I hope our Fitness1 is okay. Selling this guitar at that price means he may have had a stroke or other debilitating medical problem. That is so ridiculous that if I didn't have the same guitar in quilted Sapele, I would buy it in a heartbeat. Someone should grab this quick. GLWS.

 I LOVE a good reunion story! Way to go.Wonderful guitar from a great guy! Bevels and ports sure enhance player experience! I am tempted even if overloaded... haha Best on this! Paul
