Hi Tony, 12 fret dreads are my "thing" - I call them "original" dreads.
I have four Collings dreads and they came in TKL cases and I'd say that they are standard to fit 14 fretters but the originals fit in ok. Sooo. why not go to any nearby guitar dealer (or a friend who has a 14 fret dread) and just see if your guitar will/will not fit in a standard case - then, as standard cases are readily available at many price points - you can make a choice, even online. Hope that helps.
