Red eye preamp
I haven't used my red eye for a while but yesterday tried it with my Seagull entourage rustic concert hall size guitar.
Which has a fishmen Sonitone pick up on it. The red eye really sweetend up the sound. It gave it a crisp clear open detailed sound. I am a huge fan of the red eye preamp ever since Phil Marino (our American friend). Introduced me to it when I brought it off him. |

I haven’t used mine in awhile. You’re inspiring me to pull it out of the cabinet and put it on my board. I do like how it improves string separation.

Exactly Tim. Before I was using the hall of fame reverb pedal and. Set it on plate reverb. The sound was good. But then when I swapped it for the red eye the punch clarity and seperation was so sweet.
The Red Eye really does wonders and No I'm not employed by Red Eye. I am genuinely excited about the preamp plus it makes really good guitars shine even more. Dave Dave |

You can still use the hall of fame reverb pedal in the RedEye effects loop.

Cheers Mandobart.
Yes I will use that option too. They are both great pedals. |

Thanks for this recommendation. I've always been unhappy with the sound of my Sonitone (especially compared to wonderful tone of the Martin GPRS1 it's buried in). Think I'll give it a shot.

I was an early adaptor of the RedEye. Still use it, still love it, still get compliments on my sound.

I have a twin Redeye and it sounds great on everything I throw at it.

Exactly the same with me - guitar, mandolin, bouzouki, dobro, weissenborn, banjo: redeye takes it all.
