Beautiful. The speed of how fast you were able to get the thing finished is proof that you guys indeed are magical, not to mention the perfect execution. By the way, I really like that rosette.

Boy I can see where I rank on the customer list, I had to wait abou 3 weeks for my finish Really love the golden koa on this. Beautiful contrast and the koa itself is a beauty to behold. The tone of this rosewood guitar with that silky Italian top is going to blow that Waupacian out of the water!!!! Great job.

It might blow a few Waupacians out of the water......maybe a few Weyauwegans, too (just an inside joke for Tom....).

Well this week should be the week. Steve yesterday went through the labor intensive job of buffing every scratch out of the finish and making it shine. Here he is polishing the neck to a high shine.

Next, Steve fit the Schertler tuners. Man, do they feel great!

Off to work for now.

Looking good bro. Love the Schertles. I'm looking at your wrist though. Did you and Ryan get into another fight?

Yes, as you know, when creative differences arise, someone has to exert force.
I'm healing nicely though. But Ryan threatens to finish the job next time....

Headstock and neck are looking very nice. When I first saw the pic taken through the glass door, I thought "why are they buffing the glass????"

A couple more shots...

Removing the finish from under the bridge, or actually just the first part where we score the lacquer with a scalpel and then peel it off. The actual peeling off is too terrifying to show (or take) pictures of.

Gluing the neck on. I must say that seeing it all together has got me pretty stoked. It's always nice to see the design scheme come together as a cohesive whole.

Monster clamps to make sure the most important brace - the bridge - is firmly held on. The African Blackwood is going to be a great complement to the Italian top.

Now to finish off all the little things here and there that making this more than a showpiece. Thanks.
