Default Chris Smither Songbook Volume 1

Looking for a reasonably priced copy. I think I sold mine years ago here on this forum. Thanks!

Still looking for this book. I am a silly man to have sold my copy.

I hope you are all staying healthy, enjoying music, and practicing lots of guitar.

Big fan of Chris Smithers and thought maybe I have a copy around among the load of books I hardly got through. However, a search only turned up volume 2 which I bought at one of his concerts in Annapolis years ago. Best I can do is keep eyes peeled for a copy. Any songs in particular you are most interested in?

Jeff

Thanks guys! I think I have both Homespun videos and the vol. 2. Mostly, I want to complete my little collection. I learned Statesboro Blues from that first book, and I think Rock & Roll Doctor’s Advice was in there. I’m actually going to transcribe his Origin of Species when I get done with a few current projects. Chris is one of the all-time greats as far as I’m concerned.

If you haven’t watched any of the shows he is doing from home, catch the next one(s). He posts the dates on his website. They my be available on YouTube too.

Thanks! I will check. I’ve seen him about a dozen times. Last time, he came out after the show and gave my wife a big hug. I was jealous; I wanted a hug too! 🙃

Still looking...
