Netflix: Kingdom (US)
On Netflix is Kingdom (the US show, not the Korean Zombie show). It completely flew under the radar when it was exclusive to DirecTV some years ago, but it is an excellent show.
It's about fighters in an MMA gym, but it's much more than about fighting. The characters are great, the story is great, and the acting is phenomenal. I highly recommend it. As a bonus, the soundtrack is amazing too. It actually introduced me to a few bands I've never heard of too. Here are a few:
