Default Serious upstaging in background.. (Yosemite)

I love a lot of Calum Graham's music. In this song he takes percussive guitar to a higher level... one that I actually, really like! The processed sound of his guitar (Mahogany?) is outstanding also... (If you have access to a great set of speakers with subwoofer, it will roll your socks up an down!)

Very nice. And in a spectacular setting. Half Dome is beautiful... I have the Ansel Adams print of it on my office wall. Thanks for sharing.

That was well done overall. I liked the song once he got into it. For me the intro was too quiet, too long, and had too little musical content to justify the time it took up. I thought that the body of the song was really good.

The studio audio production is top notch.

For me although the great outdoors and spectacular scenery is my favorite type of view , and I love playing in such places.
I just could not get past the incongruity of the studio soundscape and saturated FX, with the visual of him simply sitting and playing in that situation.

Thanks for taking time to post your thoughts. I value all of it. That is what I love about the AGF.. very skilled and knowledgeable friends giving their input! Thank You... And I just cant get over that powerhouse guitar he is playing! It reminds me of the muscle cars we had in the late 60s and early 70s.. you put your foot into it... and it just roars to life!

Agreed. Great outdoors. Great playing. Way overproduced.
