Recent Amazon Prices

It looks to me like everything has been going up in price; due to scarcity, inflation & shipping costs (among other factors).

Good article. As someone who works directly in global supply chain, I have a very real understanding of these details and their impacts on everything from cost to availability to timing.

At home, we are huge Amazon advocates with deliveries arriving nearly every day (267 orders in 2021 YTD). We only order via Amazon, not 3rd party, and any fluctuations in price are offset by the time and inconvenience of having to shop in-person at various stores. We have an Amazon DC in town, so a lot of items deliver the same or next day.

Looking forward to the Amazon Fresh grocery store, which is being built about two miles from our house.

I can't really speak for whatever everyone else is buying from Amazon but I noticed just today that two items sitting in my list for a week or so have gone down in price since I put them on it. So based on that evidence I might get on here and proclaim that recently Amazon prices have gone down for me.
