One of the earlier Luthier on Luthier podcasts was Michael Bashkin talking with Burton and I've wanted to meet Burton ever since. I found his thinking about art and craft to be deep and interesting, and I can see that, and the influence of his "straight gig" at the Graduate School of Design, in his lutherie (or that's what I like to think anyway!) His practical design solutions are creative and very much his own, as is his aesthetic. I hope, at a minimum, to get to see one of these guitars in "real life" someday. Until then, we await the day Juston makes a video with this new(ish) koa guitar. It looks fabulous!!

Couldn't agree more Juston. I'm a big fan of mine as well.

I’ll try to get some videos in the next couple of weeks. Would love to do a comparison of the two CLMs as well.

This is an awesome guitar. Love what’s going on with the headstock and back strap. Never seen one of these instruments in the wild myself but hoping I get to play one someday. Many congrats!
