Default Mini-Triangles Are Going Out The Door!

Looks like we're going to have a hit on our hands with the mini-triangles. Here's one finished, beveled and heading out to the new owner today.

What is your material like in the context of a person who likes Wegen bluegrass, has two casein and one Vespal pick?

I'd like a larger version of my Red Bear Tuff Tone Lil Jazzer if they or someone made it.

Thank you.

This material is pretty unique and I'm the only one using it right now (which is why I don't give out the name of the material). The fundamental tone is pretty similar to Vespal (which is an awesome material), but to my ears there's more "richness" to the tone. I can hear more of the wood of my guitar with it. It's different that casein and is more in the family of Vespal tone wise. One really cool thing about this material is it's self-lubricating so after an hour or so of play the edges will glaze a bit and the pick becomes very fast on the strings. The only thing I have found this fast on the strings is acrylic, however it isn't harsh sounding like acrylic can be.

HHP - I think I'm going to start calling it the Secret Squirrel polymer. LOL

Might I suggest the "Vectrum Plectrum"

I’ve had some questions regarding the size of the mini-triangles. Here’s one beside a standard Primetone triangle for reference. Hope it helps.

So pleased for you, Mick. Sounds like a great material. Yes, hold that material information close to your chest. That is part of your intellectual property and research time, and also your competitive advantage, so let other people try to figure it out. In the meantime, make hay, dude.

Once more, congrats. This is yet one more option people have when lucky for a truly high-performance guitar pick.

Thanks Scott! I'm really stoked about this material. The tone has just a little different flavor than the other premium picks on the market now and honestly when this thing gets a little playing time on it, it becomes the fastest pick on the strings I've ever played.
