Default Harley Benton Guitars Anyone?

So, Thonman in Germany sells these line of Chinese made electrics called Harley Benton:

That are ridiculously cheap and extremely well made. They charge a fairly large flat flee shipping charge, however. But, you can buy more than one guitar under that flat fee. (I also had to pay a small custom duties fee of $20.) Anyhow, I got these two guitars:

And,

For a total of about $285 with custom duties included.

They honestly are amazingly well built. Action was perfect, the frets are leveled and sanded, there's no finish problems... they look, feel, and play amazing. The also sound very good. Maybe they don't sound like a $2000 Les Paul or Strat, but they sound very good and, if you want, you could get a decent set of PUs for $100 or so and it's still not that much money at all.

Here's a couple of demos some other people did:

Customs messed up for me (I made a thread about it), but I still highly recommend trying these guitars for almost no money.

Hey Rob, I've watched lots of great YouTube reviews over the past year on Harley Bentons from YouTubers I watch. Not just their guitars but there are some great 1x12 / 2x12 / 4x12 cabs as well with Celestion Vintage 30s for great prices too.

I've visited their website a couple of times and thought about buying a guitar and/or cab but given the low Canadian dollar I didn't want to take the chance.

Congrats on your two guitars! That's a fantastic price. Will you order more?

Thanks Dru. I actually ordered their 2x12 cab a little while ago and it's great for the money.

I kind of want the P90 Gold Top because I don't have any P90 guitars. I'll have to see though. I have to get rid of guitars first though.

I recommend them though.
