Default Japanese Vintage, Aria ac-18s

Hi,

First post,
I've recently acquired an Aria ac-18s, without serial number. I would like to know more about it. I've found some information:

There's this old catalogue, referring to the ac-18(without 's'), as having a Nato mahogany neck, rosewood fretboard, solid 'Cedar' top, flamed rosewood back & sides. Here's the link:
http://www.matsumoku.org/models/a-ap..._pg14.jpg.html

And there's more information for other deductions.
For example, that 'S' could refer to a spruce top, instead of standard 'C'edar, but there's only the modern source from a different model:
https://ariaguitarsglobal.com/product/a-50c/
''A-50S (Solid Spruce Top) / A-50C (Solid Cedar Top)''

Though, it has no blondeness like spruce at all, and all of the orangy/red/brown colours of cedar.

I hope anyone knows anything about this great guitar.

Kind regards,

John

It's spruce. The orange is coloring.

"If a serial number is not present, the guitar was likely manufactured prior to the mid-1970s." Reference.com
