Default Should I have received my Martin registration card by now?

For the first time, I finally became a Martin guitar owner and proudly submitted my registration online on May 1st.

I received an auto-response email that stated, "Thank you for submitting your registration of your new Martin! We hope it inspires you on your journey and brings you joy for years to come. If all of your information is accurate and complete, you should receive your registration card shortly."

Today is May 23 - over three weeks later - and I haven't yet gotten the card in the mail.

Having never owned a Martin before, I don't have a clear idea of how long they usually take to process the registration. What is a reasonable amount of time to wait before inquiring with Martin?

Completely normal. Just keep a copy of the confirmation email until the reg card arrives. Which it will...eventually.

I did not realize that you had to register your Martin. I looked all over their website and didn't see anything. How do you do it?

I had to call them because they misspelled my name the first time around. They were very pleasant and responsive.

I purchased an OM28 2 years ago. The store said they would register the warrantee for me but apparently that never happened. I wonder if it's too late to register it now.
