Bridge problem?

Is this something I sure be concerned with? this was mesure at about 40% humidity? you can see the end of the paper sticking out. lifting is just behind the strings.
Now as you can see that guitar is not worth that much and I have herd that a bridge repair is about 80.00 dollars
