Yup. Like being in a canoe: close to water.

yes, at costco they have different varieties of beer in one case. it may be and ipa and a lager and a stout......etc.

that way you get quite a variety.

play music!

I‘m a fan of Yuengling. I also like Abita but I don’t know if that’s available outside the Southern US.

I prefer my local micro brewery...They make an Oatmeal Dunkel called Haulin’ Oates. It’s my go to brew. I like another great Colorado Micro Brew called Avalanche Ale...truth is, Colorado has some killer microbreweries...New Belgium in Fort Collins being the most famous. I’m a bit of a beer snob. But if I were to be stuck with a big name beer, I do like Amber Bock

Amber Bock is the only thing I’d drink from
Michelob. It’s pretty good.

Not bad at all. The rest from the sampler were good too, but this one stood out.

Another good Colorado brewery is Elevation in Poncha Springs. Their new IPA is called "First Cast," and it is outstanding.

In fact, I've halted my annual consumption of Sam Adams Octoberfest to enjoy a 6er or two of First Cast. Don't know how long it will be around, but I'm enjoying it while I can.

I'll give you an address, need some Ale Smith Speedway Stout. Cant get it here on the East Coast.

(i am serious)

I drank Bass Ale for 20 years from the age of 16 to 36. That's about when the craft brew revolution started and I have drank hundreds of different beers over the last 20 years. But I've got it down to a couple.

My goto for the last couple of years has been a couple of IPA's from a Utah brewery called Uinta. I started with Hop Nosh when it was originally called Hop Notch and mostly now drink their double IPA, Detour. The also have a hemp infused black IPA called Dubhe which is pretty good too.

Before discovering Uinta, I was drinking everything Dogfish Head was putting out, except 60 Minute IPA. Hop Nosh is much better, but give the devil his due, not much out there can touch their 90 Minute IPA and their Pallo San Maron. They also make the best Brown Ale i've think I've had.

Stone makes a nice ale called Arrogant B*st*rd which I pickup on occasion.

The best beer I have ever had in my life is a Belgian Farmhouse Ale called Saison DuPont. It's too ungodly expensive to drink on a regular basis. This is followed a close 2nd by another Belgian Trappist ale Rochefort Trappist 10. It's is also ungodly expensive and I get these on occasion as a treat.

If you're in Baltimore there is a place in Fells Point called Max's Taproom and they have over 100 brews on tap and another 1000 or so in bottle. They rotate alot of the tap beer, so the line up can be different at any time. The did have Saison DuPont on tap once. That was a good day.

The place is worth a visit.

Plus 1 on Lagunitas Little Sumpin, Bass Pale Ale and New Castle Brown. I also really liked Heineken dark but haven’t had one in a long time.

Shoot, I’d try some of these beers just because I like the labels.

I also like Stella as a special treat beer.

I haven't seen mentioned an Italian beer - Peroni.
It's somewhat close to Stella and just flat out delicious.

Castle Cream is a lovely brew, isn't it? For another Minnesota cream ale, you might want to try Enki Victoria's Gold. I think it gives Castle Cream a good run for its money.

Detour is a great DIPA - have you tried Squatter's Hop Rising? It's another Utah double which I think is as good, and the Tropical Hop Rising version is even better.
