The other thread was closed, probably because it was in the wrong forum.

Anyway, rest in peace John; you will never be forgotten and your many songs will continue to be played and sung by myself and thousands of others. His poor family, they must now grieve and process the great loss. I also need to process this, it's actually deeply affecting me.

Just heard. I thought he had rallied but being in the hospital likely didn’t do him any favors. Such a fighter through so many health issues...to succumb to this, a poorly managed pandemic that didn’t have to put him and so many others in their graves.
