Yeah, I’m sure they’re very nice now Evan, but they will soon get dated , mark my words.

EDIT: On reflection , we enjoy the 1976 Pirelli calender in my pal’s garage more and more with each passing year and enjoy speculating on what some of the subjects may be doing today, how many grandkids by now etc...

LJ;

You must have missed something, these calendars are dated, that's sort of the idea.

You may not be able to get this particularly collectors edition, but the March series will be soon be out and you may have a chance at a future edition.

Mr. K;

I've found that having a calendar helps in figuring out the complex stuff, like what month it is. I just pass along the information in the hopes of helping Long Jon.

A few years ago, Joan bought me a calendar with some very nice guitar photos. I kept that one around for a couple years, just for the art.

Same deal with my buddy’s old Pirelli calendar, no tyres to be seen, just great art, they don’t make ‘em like that anymore.

Alistair makes them like that. Classics the minute they hit the light of day. It's a dynamite calendar. Just saying..................

Default NCD

I went to the Post Office today, and there it was:

New Calendar Day!

It was just over a year ago that my February Select Series beauty was shipped to our daughter's address... and that is also the address Emerald used to send the calendar. I didn't have to go through the "wait and see" if our Texas Postal folks would get it forwarded to us here in the desert.

A classy calendar. Of course, "Miss February" is my favorite.

These should be gifted, as they are,to the owners of special series. It would also be nice if they could be purchased at the Emerald site.

Hoping I get one, but I only spent $2250 for an Artisan so I may not.

You stand a better chance than me, I paid a little less for my X20 Artisan.

Got home from Phoenix and picked up the accumulated stack of mail yesterday afternoon, but no Emerald calendar. Maybe it is still en route.....

However, I was able to somehow console myself by bringing home and playing my new-to-me green X20 Artisan bought from a fellow AGF member. And I still know what day it is......
