Not a big deal, but I noticed a receiving date for new incoming stock for Nov 27 ‘19. With the move to another manufacturing plant, there could be changes to specifications and some mass confusion until it all gets sorted out. “Don’t believe the hype” is a good way to go if you already have nice guitars anyway.

Regarding the pine bodies, I don't regard my CV Tele as having a soft body.
On the contrary it's a very dense form of pine which is why my CV Tele weighs 9 pounds. Nothing like a knotty pine shelf!

Yes, that pine is on a whole different level than the alder which grows in abundance around in these parts. Alder makes for good firewood, fresh white colour when split - it’s lightweight and very soft, but leaves behind lots of ash in the fireplace. With pine, it burns very hot, able to crack a chimney if not given enough air circulation when burned.
