FS:Simon & Patrick woodland pro parlor guitar, $400

For sale is this lovely Simon&Patrick woodland pro parlor guitar.
It has a delicious-looking solid spruce top, and solid mahogany back&sides. The 24.84" scale length gives a bigger tone that might be compared well to regular guitars.
It's loud, considering its size. Plays like butter!
Its articulated and boxy tone will be ideal for finger-pickers. The original B-band electronics works well.
The only issue to mention, the bolt-on neck seems to be a little bit "gappy". I think it was because of low humidity, and isn't no structural. I'm assured it will not affect the playability.
No case, comes with original Godin gig bag.
