Default Collings OM2H down a half step - Por tí mi Corazón

Greetings, Saturday morning stuff. I like this guitar a lot. A real lot! But I don't really love it for strictly fingerstyle with no pick - it's a little tight but pick & fingers/hybrid absolutely!

Ponce...with a pick - Collings OM2H down a half step.

Beautiful tone and playing. What a wondrous, rich sound. I tune most of my guitars down a half step as well.

Beautiful tone and playing. I think that’s all you need to hear to commit to a half down tuning. I’m a half step down guy myself. Love the extra richness I get.

Hey BillyH..thanks! Yeah they are, I coveted an OM2H for years.
I've been thrilled with it, recording & or playing live, There's some threads here about them being sterile, too bright all of that. You have to take each guitar individually right? One of the things that sold me was the top end, single notes on the treble strings...& on the bass strings also. hahaha. Anyway thanks!

Wonderful playing and I love the tone. (Also love my Collings OM2H.) They are amazing, versatile instruments and you really showed off some of their better assets. Warmth and clarity come through so nicely in your playing.

Thanks for sharing.
