I've bought instruments from Down Home remotely twice.
Steve was very helpful. very fair, very customer orientated, great delivery and every thing about the transaction was as promised. If you can't pop in the store you can trust they'll make any purchase or trade you do with them a smooth transaction. A very professional organization . Whoever takes the photo's of the instruments they're selling does a superb job, photo's that scare your wallet.
