Default Weber Mandolins sold

The head builder of TOH Weber and his wife bought Weber Mandolins. Since TOH quit building them this seems like good news. A small single luthier company again, product will be a trickle, but it was nothing. At least the brand is alive.

Br1ck, you had me excited for a moment. Was hoping Bruce Weber bought the company back.

I don't follow the mandolin cafe forum much anymore and had no clue about the sale, maybe I will start venturing back.

At least they are back in business. I never thought the TOH purchase would be good for the Weber name.

But, I still love my Weber Bridger F.

Thanks for the update.

Us old geezers like to retire. Bruce is no exception. He got his money and can do what he wants and more power to him. Want a Weber signed instrument? They are out there. I sure like mine. TOH likely took a bath. That's biz. The feedback on TOH Webers has been good according to the Cafe postings. At least the brand goes forward.

I'll just have to continue being smug. Bruce Weber will continue his semi retirement.

Everyone knows hippies don't bathe. Especially two of them.

This old hippie remembers a few memorable baths.
