Default Great Sitka-Mahogany Strummer......

Still can't believe I got this one (lightly used) for well under $500 last summer.....My Stanford PSD10 dread. It has 2 month old Elixirs on it at the moment. This is a 2 minute video of some samples. Pardon the string squeaks ........

Fine playing! That does have a really nice sound, smooth and kind of mellow (at least how I hear it). Some pretty song, too - numer one and three sound familiar, but can't place them. Sounds really nice with the open strings like that, very full, sweet sound. Never played a Stanford, but will look around - love to try one.

Thanks Shawlie. Only 102 were ever imported into the US and the only available ones are used here and there. There's actually a very nice PSD21 dread (the premier version of the PSD10) on the Blueridge forum for sale at the moment......

I've owned both the 10 and the 21 and to me the 10 sounded better, as a matter of fact the 10 your playing sounded better than my 21 ......you're starting to make me regret selling you that guitar Ryan!!! although I think my PSRD10 sounds better than the 10 & 21 I've owned......

This 10 was a really good 1 as far as tone goes. I remember well the day it arrived last summer. I was really impressed. Still am. Thanks again, Louie!
