Default ''Stealin'' transposing and using a capo?

One of the guys in my jam group did ''Stealin'' last time we met. He did it with a capo on the second fret and using C shapes.

I want to play it with him so I'll be doing the same thing.

I found a tab for a solo in G. It starts on the G string on the third fret. It seems to me that I'd move it up 5 frets to be in C and then I need to move it up another two frets and I'm in D.

Is that correct? Am I on the right track?

Thank you. I was practicing it this morning and it all sounded good to me. I just wanted to be sure.
