Default Original Instrumental: "Winter's Light"

HI folks.....we're through Thanksgiving, coming up on Dec. 1 and the winter season.
So, here is "Winter's Light" from the CD Autumn's Soul.........DADGAD on the Tom Doerr Legacy. Took the picture from my front porch one winter day a few years ago as the sun set with a nice after glow from a winter storm.
All the best, and stay safe and healthy! Fred

Very nice Fred!

I recognize this from your album, and it's great to hear it again! What a lovely piece! And I love your photo. I blew it up really large on my computer screen so I could study it.

That Doerr Legacy is such a clear guitar! It works so well for DADGAD!

Glad you had a good Thanksgiving! We did, too.

Now we are headed towards Christmas. We ran out yesterday, the day after Thanksgiving and got a Noble Fir XMAS tree from a tree farm nearby. We were shocked at how expensive the tree was until my wife got on the phone and found out how much more expensive they were at retail outlets! We've been cutting XMAS trees off our property for years and lost track of the cost!

But it's all set up in the house now and we're starting to put lights on it. Nice and fresh, too!

Have a good holiday season Fred! And thank you for the music!

- Glenn

Thanks so much, Glenn! Sounds like a great start to your holiday and a perfect weekend to dive right in.
We've decided no tree (but lots of wreaths!) this season......the reason.....a new puppy dog, now16 weeks! Smart enough to tear down the entire tree or at least a bevy of ornaments! LOL!
Thanks for listening, take good care,
Fred

Thanks Barry!! Really appreciate your taking time for a listen. I think I've posted this one before, but some may not have heard it and the winter season is approaching, so I thought I'd give it another round.
Best wishes, Barry!
Fred

Nice piece full of romanticism, a little melancholy at the beginning.
Nice interpretation, well done

Really enjoyed this Fred - haven't heard it before I don't think.

Guitar sounds lovely and the playing relaxed and easy.

A great lead in to the winter season for us all..
