I'll say that is about the worst work I've ever seen, if that is the "after" picture. The frets can be seated and CA glued - if that doesn't work, or they pop again the frets need to be replaced. Those fret ends look horrible, not dressed well at all. The tops of the frets show the raw filing marks, no crowning and absolutely no polishing. I am not God's gift to fret dressing, but that is worse than I've ever started with, let alone finished with. I'll be in a bad mood now.
