I haven’t seen one yet but I’ve read several reports about DOA units and latency issues. I’ve played a bit with the Tonex software and am not overwhelmed. They’re some decent sounds there but they really lack flexibility. Unlike a real amp or a first-rate amp sim all you get is a “snapshot” of sound - there’s no real way to adjust gain or tone so each model is a bit of a one trick pony.
I’ll also note that IK’s hardware is a bit less than robust in my experience. I own a few of their offerings and while they generally perform as advertised they are not heavily built.

I have had one a few weeks now.
Build quality seems fine, and everything works as expected. Sounds good ... compared to Helix and Fractal ... fine. I am in no place to say whether it's iteratìon of a JPM800 or an AC30 is any better or worse than any other or 'the real thing" ... and frankly don't care either. As an "amp in a box" (well, lots of them) its sounding good, is responsive to my guitar settings and the odd pedal in front. The software works fine ... I have read loads of complaints from people who haven't read the manual and/or want it to work the way they imagine it "should". It's cost me £350. Seems good for that. It's not a multi fx pedal, it's not a full Helix or Fractal package. It's maybe an alternative to a Strymon Iridium or a UAD pedal. I am pleased and impressed so far ... was never going to invest in Kemper or QC ... here is an apparently good value option to explore IR's ... |

It seems to do that just fine ... I have put it through a powercab and my Peavey PA ... probably what it's primarily designed for?
