Looking for advice on a decent digital piano. I want something that is portable, but has good feel and sounds good. An internal speaker is a must as I play acoustic only open mics as is a battery option. I'd prefer less than 88 keys; 61 is probably sufficient. I want solid mid priced stuff that would work on stage as well as for just futzing at home.
I've never really played piano, only dabbled in playing when one was available. Looking to add a second instrument to see what learning and creativity that sparks. Thanks, Jeff |

Yamaha CK61 might be worth looking at if it fits your budget. I just got an MX88. Was looking at the CK88 but the MX makes more sense for me. I didn't need the internal speakers
The CK models have speakers and can run off batteries too!
