In that case, here's a few more from that show.

The last one and the first two in the list below should be on her new EP, that she was recording last week in Nashville

This first one is autobiographical, and is one of my favorite songs ever

Two from her last EP

And a couple that *might* be on her next EP (not completely sure)

I'm fortunate enough to live near her, so I get to see a lot of her shows. And it's always a pleasure when Lou Canakes (on cajon) shows up to help her out.

BTW, she co-wrote "Missouri" with Jon Randall, who co-wrote a huge hit by Brad Paisley and Alison Krause ("Whiskey Lullaby")

I am no pro but I love solo singer songwriter medium. A little character in sound is nice. Whether that's a dry thump Gibson slope. Or maybe a Waterloo, or a vintage 00-17?

You can play SJ Cedar Olson's with a calm right hand for textured ear candy accompaniment. Or maybe your tunes require a strong right hand? Like a Son House approach, or Tommy Emmanuel?

This summer (due to not completing whole songs or performing) I regrettably sold a fine 2014 J-45 TV. That was a good "all-arounder" for light medium strumming, Travis bass notes and dig in passing leads (and partial chords) for between the words. More importantly it was with me, before this year, for dozens of original tunes on many fun nights around town. Almost immediately I emailed back the buyer if he ever sells it to please contact me. He just replied" What a cannon".
(I still have my Goodall GC Sitka / Koa that is super for singing with. I also have a Gibson Country Western (1959) for songs with Americana character tones and genre.)

Occasionally I still search and procure lush, bold, high sustain guitars - just because they blow me away. But I rarely bring them to the showcases or song circles for singing with as a solo singer songwriter.

Kori, Maybe if you record that might help you find your acoustic?
Maybe bounce it off a few friends and family?
Which of all the great guitars that you have had has helped your song so far?

Gotta ask. What guitar is she playing? It looks like a Martin but what model and wood combo?

Cheers!

Eric Clapton signature model. Martin, as you keenly saw.

I thought I mentioned it in my first post, but it's the Martin Eric Clapton Signature Model (000-28EC). Which is EIR back/sides and Sitka top.

An interesting bit of info about her particular guitar . . . she bought it (used) from Greg Bennett, the guy who owns Franklin Straps and the Glider Capo. She even got to choose whatever Franklin Strap she wanted for the guitar (she still uses it on that guitar), and Greg told her to never use any other capo but that one (and she still uses it on her guitar).

Do you happen to be in England? She (and a bunch of other Texas artists) will be in London in mid-October for about a week at something that's called the Texas Music Takeover. If you happen to be nearby, you should check it out.
