Default Alert all Eastwood movie lovers

We all know Dollar Trilogy but did you know that Dominic Frontiere was given eight days to compose an Ennio Morricone type score for the Eastwood movie "Hang 'Em High"? After its release in 1968 movie became major success and its score is still been played today.

I made an arragement of the main theme for guitar and included also the third part that's most often dismissed in cover versions. It's the part that starts on 0:39 on the video. I personally like that part very much and it really completes the whole thene giving those other part even more meaning IMHO.

A perfect companion for my second cup of coffee this morning.

Beautifully arranged, and beautifully played.

Beautifully played!

There's a guy who lives in Truckee, CA who gigs around that area and Reno, NV with his Hammond B3 and Leslie. He covers "Hang 'Em High" perfectly and it just reminds me of the Eastwood movies and how great the musical themes were.

Again, beautifully played!

Thank you very much!

There is actually famous version of this piece by Booker T who is also playing Hammond.[emoji3596]

Ok![emoji846] There's lot of great themes in his movies. Like Eiger Sanction is just wonderful! Great actor and great movies.
