Default Paolo Tosti - Marechiare

Hello there lovely guitar people! I started playing acoustic guitar 4 months ago.
Other than that I've played drums for 20 years and I'm a decent singer. I do not play piano (yet). Because of my drumming experience, I learn strumming patterns rather quickly. Chords have a learning curve but I'm progressing nicely.

I really want to learn this song but I can't pick up all the chords by just looking/listening. I have learned to sing it very well, I just need to incorporate guitar. This version is perfect for me, since I don't need to transpose for my vocal range. Originally this song is in Dm, but he starts in Em (correct?). That much I have figured out
Can anyone help me out with this? I also found some chords for it, but I'm not sure if it's correct. The way Florez plays it would be absolutely perfect for me! I totally get the right hand movement, just need to figure out chords.

Edit:
This looks correct: https://chordu.com/chords-tabs-juan-...id_4i7jF904ecE
