Default Miche - Working on jazz

Although some might consider me jazzy, I never felt comfortable playing jazz. After being frustrated with trying to find available pianists, i decided it was time to take on a new challenge.

Here something I'm working on:

Loved it! You don't need a piano player that's for sure.

Very, very nice! First time hearing you. I was mesmerized by the guitar work and suddenly floor'd by your vocals. Left hand guitar strung like a right string guitar makes following your right hand and left hand work even more fascinating!

Nice rendition, beautifully performed and wonderfully recorded.

I'll buy your next album!

Wow!

That's as good a recording as I've ever heard. You sing really, really well!

Are you playing your guitar with the treble strings on the top? Again, WOW!

Thank you Livingston, I'm determined to put out a CD of solo jazz acoustic and vocals. We'll see.

There is a lot of talent on this forum, and many good players, but none smoother, or that can sing and play any better than you my friend. I always look forward to the suprises when I open one of your videos. I wish I had 1/10 of your ability.

If I owned a record label, you'd be first on my list.

Holy cow! Fantastic! Like Livingston above, I thought... oh boy, the guitar work is gonna be great... and then you started singing. I loved it! I can't get enough of Gershwin and you certainly did him proud.

Excellent job. I loved the song, the guitar, the voice, the rhythm... everything!

Thanks for sharing... and keep posting.

PS... I've never seen a guitar with a band-aid on it before.

It's not to hard be humbled here on AGF. Wow! That's a huge compliment. I'm old enough to be grateful. Thank you Fitness1.

Thank you Kerbie.

PS. Oh yeah that band-aid. I use that for a snare effect...

That was a pleasure to listen to. I think after the release of the CD you won't have any problems finding a pianist but I agree with previous posts, I don't really think you'll need one. Oh and it's much easier for gigs too, not having to wait for/make appointments with people who might be engaged elsewhere just when you need them. A man, his guitar and a great voice is the best way to go around,

Ludwig
