Summer vacation has started so I’m away from the kids for days at a time. Don’t have my after-dinner jam available in house.

Yeah, we have to enjoy our kids a little at a time so that we give them enough freedom to make their own friends and grow up, ready to take on the world. It's a difficult job of letting them go, but we really have no choice. I am at that stage with my grand children now, and therefore one additional step removed from parenthood. I have been lucky and very appreciative our my grand children want to spend time with me and my wife.
