Hey Ken, thanks for chiming in! Hmmm, I would have to ask him on that. It was disclosed to me as dark wood. I'm guessing it's ebony given how Drew is a stickler for keeping to international laws. This guitar is 100% CITES legal, he even had the shell inspected in Chicago before shipping it out to me!

Just a quick little revival of this thread. Our Heinonen SJ has been one of the most well received instruments in the store with already quite a few commissions. We are taking our final orders for the year of 2018 at Drew's current price before it goes up ~20% next year.
