Default Will it be OKAY......?

......to remove a UNDERSADDLE pickup from a OM and install into a 0000 size guitar? Or should I use a undersaddle pickup suited more to a dread? Cheers

I don't think USTs are body size dependent.

Hi lmacmil...

The only thing one has to match up is the width of the under saddle element to be sure it fits the slot. Too narrow, not enough contact and improper transfer of sound via the saddle.

To wide and it will not fit into the slot...The solid ones (as opposed to the coaxial braided ones) are made in multiple widths to accommodate differing widths of saddles.
