I'm pretty plugged in to the ukulele world, and I've never seen any tabs like that. My understanding is the harp strings are most often tuned to the pitches needed to cover the bass part, while you play conventionally on the four-string portion. The few times that I've seen harp guitars and the one time seeing harp uke played, that was how it was done.
There is a harp guitar player not far from me located in Vale, OR who performs with his Emerald at the annual fiddle festival in Weiser, ID every June. But I don't have his contact information to ask if he has any tabs.
