Default WTB: Looking for a Jorma Kaukonen M-30 w/ Trade Option

Thought I’d give this a shot again. I know there aren’t many out there but maybe someone has one that isn’t getting played. If so, I’ll take good care of it and make sure that it gets out of the case often.

Just to follow-up, I have a Martin Custom Shop 000-28 in Sitka and Cocobolo that can be part of a trade. It's a stellar guitar in mint or near-mint condition with a beautiful, nicely figured set of Coco on the back and sides. I also have a couple of other nice options depending on preferences, like R.Taylor, Goodall, Doerr, etc., so let's talk.

Even though I’m trying to reduce my numbers, I’ll still save room for one of these.

I have received some responses about some great guitars that are similar to the Jorma M-30 but I am only seeking the Jorma model. Maybe this week something will shake loose?

Time to bring this back and see if anyone out there has a Jorma signature M-30. Cash purchase or trade is possible.

Buy that one at Carter's before I do! I already have an amberburst one and they are amazing guitars. I'm tempted to get the blond one for sale now. These are so limited, I'd feel like I would have more than my share though.

How do you feel about their price of $4500.00? Slightly over top book, so I guess it's not outrageous. I wouldn't mind having one of these in the fold myself, but I don't think I want to go that high.

Blue book is 2800 to 3250 in excellent condition. I contacted Carter and they told me it’s on consignment and has been “played”. I put in an offer over the blue book high price which was countered with the message that nothing less would be considered.

Vintage Guitar Price Guide (2019 edition) is more favorable for the seller with a low book of $3,300 and a high book of $4,400.00. At their price, this is the guide they are using. How many of these were built?
