Not on guitar but a worthwhile message from Victor Wooten.

Even though I don't play or teach, or even like, to be honest, electic bass playing, Victor Wooten's Groove Wookshop is easily the best DVD I've seen, and I try to get every student to watch it. Three hours, and there is not a single new note or scale in any of it! He talks about the stuff that really maters. I think the part where he's going to play over a simple chord progression and rather than playing the right scale, he limits himself to only using the five notes that are NOT in the scale. And it's a great little solo - profoundly proving the point that its not about learning new notes or scales, it's about groove, tone, phrasing, listening.... Brilliant lesson.

A single individual, and I can only choose one? Justin Sandercoe. Individual vids, many, including:

siggi teaching every breath you take
angi
stevie's blues
The weight

I like this guy's few techniques vids

classical hand position to the nth degree, William Kanengiser's DVDs, illegally (I assume) uploaded to youtube.

also +1 to itself's mention of guitartutorman--if you're looking for a dozen easy campfire songs to learn quickly, particularly 1960-1980's stuff, he's good.

Bluegrass guitar, professional video with nothing but great playing. I've learned a bunch of stuff from his videos.

I must admit that I rarely use YouTube for guitar but I did watch a couple of BanjoBen videos and I enjoyed them. Includes guitar, mandolin, and I believe banjo. Very talented, and entertaining, person.
