Since 1964 I've owned six. Two of those I bought this year and the one before those two I only owned for a week. I bought it at a garage sale and it had an amp with it. I just wanted the amp so I sold the guitar to a friend who has it hanging up in his basement bar.

Oooh, gosh . . . I'd have to say several. Yeah, definitely several.

I have been playing guitar since I was 10 (I'm now 57) and have never bought a guitar I didn't love and I have never sold a guitar. That being said, I sure have the itch for a few new ones. LOL

I've owned over 340 acoustic guitars. Back in 2002 I sat and wrote all the guitars I had owned in a note book. I started playing in 95. A few years later I found that notebook and filled in the missing instruments. Then a few years later I thought wow I should make a spreadsheet to keep track of all the guitars i've owned.

After all that my favorite brands of acoustics are Goodall, Froggy Bottom, Tom Doerr, Kevin Ryan, Santa Cruz, Martin and a few others. I've been fortunate to get a lot of hands on knowledge of various brands, models and tone woods! Its been a fun journey so far.
