Default Dixie McGuire -Tommy Emmanuel cover

This song was lot tougher to learn than I anticipated.
Not as smooth as TE but I hope I did it justice.

That was excellent! TE is my all-time favorite and I know his renditions are challenging to cover.

Fantastic job! Have you ever tried playing Tommy's version of Imagine? I'm working on it right now, it's going slowly.

Thanks for the comments guys.
Image is indeed one of his true gems. I haven't tried it yet, but it's on the list for sure.

Very good 220. I'm sure you will get better and better with it. I saw Tommy play with Rick Skaggs and Kentucky Thunder a couple of weeks ago. Great show and got to talk with him for a while after the show. Great genuine guy. See PM.

it was very nice =)

there was a slight boom in the bass though which is really more EQ than the playing.. so kudos to you!

That really was fantastic. I applaud your success at covering a TE song so well. I love his music but my mind keeps telling me there's no way I could ever learn even the simplest of his tunes.

The video was top notch too. What video editing software do you use to get the background effect?

I'll say you did it justice! Very well done! Maybe not as smooth as TE and Mr. Atkins; but you'd have to have been playing 9 hours a day for 30+ years to make that happen.

Keep up the good work!!
