Guitar Setup course recommendations

Looking for recommendations for guitar setup courses preferably in the central Florida area or just a quality course someone has attended or offers. Specifically want to learn more about performing proper truss Rod adjustments for adjusting action and saddle adjustments, when switching from one string gauge to another and need to adjust the action, want to learn the right way so I can do it myself.
