Default Need a transcription...again

A woefully long time ago I inquired into getting a transcription done for my piece "Chasing After Bert" and was directed by a few of you to hire John McGann. I did as suggested, and his work was tremendous (read: unbelievable); sadly, and as you probably know, he passed away in 2012. I have need of these services again, and wonder if there's anyone else you'd recommend. Right now it's for one piece to be included on my next record of original songs, but not too far down the road I plan to make a record of instrumentals, for which I'll want written music as well. Anyone? Thanks, nz (Noah Zacharin aka guitarman 57)

I was searching for some music notation on the internet not long ago and ran across a service that would transcribe anything for a modest fee. Of course I only remember enough to tantalize you, not enough to help.

I’ve used Tunescribers.com in the past. They were good. No affiliation.

I'm available.

I've done transcriptions of one-off fingerstyle pieces for a few members here before. Normally they send me video as well as audio, but audio is fine provided you let me know if you use any special tuning or capo position.

I also transcribed several pieces for this book, and checked the transcriptions provided by others - managed the whole process:

PM me to discuss fees, and I can send you some samples of my work.
