Mint! Bought new in December but found a rare guitar I really want. Never gigged, no wear, has not left the house. Great setup, classic Martin dreadnought tone, new battery, just restrung with Elixir nanoweb 80/20s;.12 to .54.

Like many, I was skeptical about this guitar before getting my hands on it but it really does sound great for the money! (I have owned two $2k+ Martins in the past just for reference.) I played a bunch of acoustics in the $400 to $800 range and I kept going back to this one and ended up taking her home with me.

Includes two way humidifier and brand new hard case. (Not pictured because it's still in the box.) It's been kept in my SKB waterproof tsa case which I had for another instrument but I'm keeping that case;sorry.
