Arrow Martin CEO-7 on an original kids song

I went in and did a couple quick videos. This one is called the "Milkstache Blues" and I played it on my Martin CEO-7. That little guitar has really become one of my very favorite instruments I've ever owned.

It's a children's music song, but I really like singing and playing this one. I do it at a lot of gigs with kids, and I have a long introduction I do where somebody in the room gets blamed for eating my cookies—usually a child who is really proud of it! It's fun. With elementary school groups I can use this to teach them a little bit about the "WHY" of singing the blues. As in, "Why would someone sing about sad things?"

This song appeared on a children's recording I did a few years ago with bass, drums, and blues harp. But I wanted to get a version of it up so I can use it when I book library and school gigs.

Thank you for watching/listening.

Thanks!

Yes. I do write kids songs, but I'm not nearly as prolific as I should be. Probably because I am busy with my own kids. I do try to make them musically satisfying.
