first i have to say that i don't like the most covers of Beatles songs.
But this one i like. It's performed by Matteo Negrin on acoustic guitar.

I was going to recommend that too. This one is pretty good though.

I felt there was a bit too much emphasis on the bass line initially but it turned out to be a very lovely piece.
