Those are the exact specs of my Huss and Dalton. Look for one of those. Nice guitars!

I've got a Froggy Bottom H12 with spruce over rosewood, it's not for sale but I love mine. Mine's a custom with 1 7/8 and 2 3/8 vintage style spacing, it's a good deal more "vintage" voiced than a lot of the other Froggies I have played too ( I played at least a couple of dozen). Michael made mine and he favored 1 3/4 over 2 3/16ths for most of his spec builds.

Taylor's Andy Powers has been heavily promoting short scale 12 fret guitars. There's no exact match on the Taylor side for a 000 but there are various shapes\sizes to chose from..

Iris offers them with the RCM model. You can do a custom order for a reasonable price, but there is a one year wait.

Kinda hard to find, but a Martin 000-28 Norman Blake signature fits the bill with those specs. Has a 1 13/16” nut width.

Who makes a short scale OOO 12 fret acoustic with spruce top and rosewood body?
I’d go for a Huss and Dalton 000 or Collings 000-2Hss, both are exceptional 000 instruments. The H&D is very lightly built and produces a far sweeter tonal profile than the Collings, a warmer tone also with more overtone content.
The Collings is more strident, very balanced and the tone more fundamental. I directly A/B’d these two instruments when I bought my Collings it was a very difficult decision but I’d wanted a Collings for a while so went with that but I kept thinking about the H&D. The next guitar I bought was a 12 fret H&D DS.
